**Drinking Water Purifier System**

This product is covered by a Standard 1-year limited carry-in warranty from the "date of purchase".

**Coverage Exclusions:**
- Routine inspection, shipping costs, administration fees, filter replacement, and cleaning services requested by the client.
- Transportation, packing, handling, and delivery charges.
- Damages resulting from misuse, neglect, over-tightening during setup, alterations, accidents, or abuse.
- Environmental factors, such as extremely high water pressure or poor water quality, and damages resulting from improper installation.
- Wear and tear damages from normal use.

**Warranty Voidance:**
- Warranty is void if the product has been serviced or tampered with by unauthorized personnel.

**Liability Limitations:**
- MY SHOPNSAVE PTE LTD is not liable for any damages or losses due to misuse or negligence in the use of the product.

**Shower Head Filter**
- Doulton Shower head filters are covered by a 7-day 1-to-1 replacement warranty for manufacturing defects, starting from the purchase date.
- This warranty does not cover wear and tear, water pressure-related issues, or damage from improper handling.

**Warranty Claims:**
- Retain your sales invoice/order details for warranty claims or after-sales service and support.

**Terms of Service Agreement:**
- By using our service & website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you are not permitted to use or access the Service.

**Handling Notice:**
- We are not responsible for the replacement of ceramic water filters damaged by the customer due to accidental mishandling, over-tightening, or dropping.

Please treat your ceramic water filter with the utmost care to ensure its longevity and performance.
